• I acknowledge and agree that, during the evaluation process, I may disclose confidential, proprietary, or sensitive information related to my/our project, including but not limited to business plans, financial data, technical details, intellectual property, and trade secrets. FITJVC agrees to treat such information as confidential and to use it solely for the purpose of assessment, unless disclosure is required by law or permitted with my/our prior consent.
• I also agree to maintain the confidentiality of any non-public information, evaluation feedback, or proprietary materials shared with me/us by FITJVC during the assessment process, and not to disclose or misuse such information without prior written permission.
• I understand and agree that submission of this application does not guarantee funding, partnership, or any form of financial support, and that all decisions made by FITJVC shall be final and based on its internal evaluation criteria.
• I further acknowledge that any intellectual property shared during the assessment remains my/our property, unless otherwise agreed in writing. However, I grant FITJVC a limited right to review, analyze, and internally use the submitted materials solely for evaluation purposes.
• I understand that my/our personal and project-related data will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws and FITJVC’s privacy practices. I/we may withdraw this consent at any time by notifying FITJVC in writing, subject to any legal or procedural requirements.
• By proceeding, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to the above terms.

• I/We hereby affirm that all the details and information provided in the assessment form are true and correct, and that they will serve as the basis for any funding or investment that the facility’s FITJVC might opt to provide us through trade finance and private funding sources.
